4. Shipping and Delivery

All products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you. The typical delivery time is between 10 to 30 days, depending on the product’s location and your delivery address. We will always strive to meet our delivery timelines, but delays due to customs or other unforeseeable circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Order Cancellations and Changes

You can cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, orders are forwarded to the supplier, and modifications may not be possible. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
